Candle Use + Safety

FOR THE BEST BURN

Trim Your Wick - Before each burn, trim the wood wick to 1/4 inch. This ensures a clean, steady flame.

First Burn - On your first light, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This prevents tunneling and maximizes burn time.

Burn Time - For optimal performance and safety, burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.

Cool Down - Always allow the candle to cool completely before moving or relighting.

The End - Discontinue use when approximately 1/4 inch of wax remains to prevent the vessel from overheating.

Repurpose Your Vessel: After its last burn, clean out your vessel and give it a second life! It's perfect for plants, organizing art supplies, or anything else you can dream up.

Domestic Shipping
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During holidays or special sales events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email only.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

For orders under $100, and for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping
UPS 2-Day shipping is available for contiguous U.S. orders. Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination.

Please note: all orders still require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day shipping may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier and is outside of our control.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@everlongcandleco.com for next steps.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@everlongcandleco.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • a description of the damage
  • photos of the damaged item(s), shipping box, and the certification seal on the bottom of the box

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Candle Burning Issues
If you experience any issues with how your candle burns, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos and a brief description of the issue. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and offer guidance.
