When should I stop burning my candle?

Always remember to stop burning your candle when 1/4" to 1/2" of wax is left. This extra wax acts as a safety buffer and can prevent the glass from overheating and shattering.

Why do you use wooden wicks?

We use wooden wicks because they are sustainable and non-toxic, burn longer and cleaner than others, and provide a soft, soothing crackling sound. Our wooden wicks are also FSC-certified and milled in the US.

Do you have any suggestions for repurposing my candle vessel?

There are many fun and creative ways to repurpose your candle vessel! You can reuse the same vessel with our refill candles (available under “SHOP”). You can also use it to hold hair brushes and combs or make-up brushes. Additionally, our vessels make a cute vase for fresh or dried flowers.

How do I remove old candle wax remnants and candle labels?

  • To remove the wax, place the vessel on a heat-safe surface and use a heat gun or hairdryer to soften the wax. Once soft, carefully remove the wax into a disposable container, then remove the wick and wick tab. Wipe the vessel clean with an old rag or paper towel until all wax has been removed. Never wash your candle vessel in your sink, as the wax could clog your pipes.
  • To remove the candle label, peel it off very, very slowly. If there is a sticky residue, soak the vessel, sticky side down, in rubbing alcohol for about 15 minutes, and then rub it off with a soft, dry cloth. You can also try using olive oil or lemon essential oil.

Why won't my tracking information update?

During peak times of the year, there may be an overwhelming amount of packages at shipping facilities, which can cause delays in processing orders. If you are having an issue tracking your order, please get in touch with the carrier directly. 

HELP! My package is lost. 

Yikes! If your package has been marked as delivered, but you have yet to receive it we recommend you contact the carrier for more information.

When will an out-of-stock candle be back in stock?

We’re sorry the item you want is out of stock. We are working on restocking your favorite candles soon. Please sign up for email notifications to learn when they are back in stock.

Oops, I forgot to add the discount code. / My discount code didn't work.

One of my products arrived damaged.

Oh no! We take a lot of care when packing orders for shipping, but this can happen on occasion. If you purchased package protection, please get in touch with us directly at hello@everlongcandleco.com within 7 days of delivery so we can process a replacement order for you.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

If you haven’t received tracking information, you can cancel your order and receive a refund. Please get in touch with us at hello@everlongcandleco.com for a refund. Depending on your financial institution, refunds will take 3 to 10 business days.
