Candle Care + Safety
C'mon baby, light my fire. But when you do, please make sure to follow these guidelines to ensure your safety and optimize the burn time of your candle:
- Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use to prevent the flame from getting too big.
- Allow the first burn of your candle to last for at least 4 hours to prevent tunneling. The top of the candle should be melted from edge to edge before extinguishing.
- Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended. Always extinguish your candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.
- Place your candle on a heat-safe surface at least 2 feet away from anything flammable, such as drafts, draperies, and furniture.
- Keep your candle out of reach of pets and children.
- Stop burning your candle when there is 1/4" of wax left to prevent the glass from overheating and shattering.
- Tin vessels get hot, so place something like a coaster or tile under the candle to protect the surface.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Domestic orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during major holidays and special sales events, it may take longer due to high demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered online only.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING or orders over $100 within the contiguous USA. For orders under $100, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping
For expedited shipping, we offer UPS 2-Day for contiguous domestic orders. Shipping rates for expedited orders are determined based on the package's weight and destination.
Our order processing takes 2-3 business days. If you place an order with UPS 2-Day shipping, it will arrive within two business days after it has been shipped from our location. However, orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day may not be delivered until Monday or Tuesday.
Unfortunately, delivery of your package is out of our hands once it has been shipped from our studio.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Returns
You may return your product if it is unused and in excellent condition for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 5 days of delivery of your order. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at hello@everlongcandleco.com for further details.
Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please email us at hello@everlongcandleco.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will require proof of purchase and a detailed description of the damage to process your request. Additionally, please attach images of the damaged candle(s), the damaged shipping box, and the seal of certification found on the bottom of the shipping box.
Ineligible for Returns
Please note the following items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges: gift cards, used candles, limited edition candles, and discontinued candles.
Candle Burning Issues
If you are experiencing problems burning your Everlong Candle Co. candle, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include detailed photos and a description of the issue so we can determine the best way to assist you. We have some tips and tricks.
